Piano Tuition

I was lucky enough to start piano lessons at a young age, but truly it is never too late to learn.

I understand that every learner is different and my job as a teacher is to bring out the best in each individual. I believe music lessons should be a source of enjoyment, and above all I hope to help foster a love and appreciation for the piano.

Beginner pianists

I will work with you/your child to facilitate lessons that suit how they best learn. Through games, singing and playing we will work on developing good technique, foundations of rhythm and pulse, note reading and developing the inner ear.

Advanced Pianists

I have prepared students for examinations to diploma level (ABRSM). My students have also prepared for competitions, recitals, university and conservatoire undergraduate auditions.
